It’s been over a year since the 2019 Mercedes-Benz A-Class made its debut at the Geneva Motor Show in March of 2018, but that doesn’t mean it’s lost the luster of its premiere. The most compact luxury sedan in the Mercedes-Benz portfolio even made a pretty big splash at Super Bowl LIII earlier this year. Now, the new A-Class is finally on American soil for the first time. And it’s turning heads everywhere.

Design
The all-new A-Class’s AMG-inspired exterior styling is characterized by crisp lines and a tight, athletic stance. From its large grille emblem and slender LED headlamps to its sculpted side panels and hands-free trunk lid, this sedan looks every bit the part of an ultramodern luxury car.

Looks can be deceiving, but not in the case of the A-Class. This compact car is as sporty as its curbside image would imply. The A-Class packs a 2.0L 4-cylinder engine that generates a brisk 188 horsepower and 221 lb.-ft. of torque. Its DYNAMIC SELECT system lets you tailor your every drive from four unique modes: efficient ECO, everyday Comfort, sharpened Sport, and customizable Individual. And when you choose the A 220 4MATIC® sedan, you’ll benefit from all-wheel drive (AWD).
Technology
The future looks bright from behind the wheel of the A-Class, thanks to the Mercedes-Benz User Experience (MBUX). With voice recognition technology, this cutting-edge system allows you to access MB-Navigation, climate control, Apple CarPlay™, Android Auto™, and more — hands-free.
