Zimbrick Sprinter Service: Providing Safe and Reliable Service in 90 Minutes or Less
At Zimbrick Sprinter Service we understand that your time is valuable, which is why we have added VanCARE Express.
What is VanCARE Express?
For our commercial customers, it represents fast routine maintenance to keep your Mercedes-Benz van safe and reliable. With our Express lane, we will have two technicians working simultaneously to get you in, out, and back to work as quickly as possible.
What can I expect from VanCARE Express?
There are two levels of service offered through VanCARE Express: A Service and B Service.
A Service appointments take about 60 minutes or less and include:
- Check exterior lighting and body condition
- Perform world class multi-point inspection
- Refill Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) (Sprinter only)
- Perform synthetic oil change with Genuine Parts
- Reset service calculator
- Top off fluids in engine compartment
- Perform tire rotation
- Adjust tire pressure and reset warning indicator
- Lubricate trailer tow hitch (if applicable)
B Service appointments take about 90 minutes or less and include all services in the A Service, plus:
- Inspect auxiliary battery in engine compartment
- Inspect suspension, axles, covers, sleeves, and protective caps
- Replace windshield wipers
- Replace air conditioning system dust filter
- Replace fuel filter and water separator (Sprinter only)
- Replace brake fluid (Metris only)
A Service appointments are conducted at 10-, 30-, 50-, and 70-thousand miles. B Service appointments are scheduled at 20-, 40-, 60-, and 80-thousand miles.
When coming in for service, please pull into our designated check-in spot and one of our service members will help get you checked in. Please feel free to sit back and relax in our luxurious and well equipped lounge while we take care of your vehicle.
What services are eligible for VanCARE Express?
VanCARE Express eligible services include Mercedes-Benz A Service, Mercedes-Benz B Service, tire rotation, bulbs, wiper blades, air filters, washer fluid, tire leak repair, as well as oil and filter changes.
